He held a profound respect for those who served their communities, including military members, first responders, and anyone working to make life better for others. Guided by empathy and integrity, Pierce lived each day with kindness and purpose.
Following his passing, Pierce's family learned of the extraordinary impact he had on countless lives. Many individuals reached out to share how Pierce had been the one person who truly "saw" them during some of their darkest moments. Often without ever meeting them in person, Pierce took the time to listen and support others—never seeking recognition or praise. He helped simply because he cared.

PIERCE’S PASSIONS
The Passions That Defined Him
Pierce was one of the lucky ones. Though he lived only 20 short years, he found his passions in life. Pierce found and fell in love with flying at a young age. He earned his private pilot license in high school and continued building flight hours and certifications while attending Mizzou. He loved sharing that experience with friends, often inviting others to fly with him and see the world from above.
He also loved motorcycles, hunting, golf, computers, and learning how things worked. Pierce was curious about life, loyal to those he loved, and committed to living fully in the time he had.

The W. Pierce Jackson Foundation exists to ensure that Pierce's compassion and commitment to others continue to make a meaningful difference for years to come.
